Release Notes and Zip Available for the 5.8.021S Update on the LeEco Le Pro3

XDA Senior Member suhridkhan just passed along the release notes for the new 5.8.021S update for the LeEco Le Pro3. Then in the 3rd post of the thread, XDA Senior Member Ascertion was nice enough to provide us with the update.zip file and its MD5.
